Using the app
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your device and account, and use the app lawfully. You may not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, or misuse another person’s information.
Educational information and medical care
Service descriptions, recommendations, the AI assistant, and visual-consultation tools are educational and are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of results. They do not replace an in-person assessment. Treatment eligibility, timing, risks, benefits, and aftercare must be confirmed by a qualified provider. Call 911 for an emergency.
Purchases, memberships, and eligibility
Prices, availability, promotions, and service details may change. Purchases may remain subject to consultation, provider approval, age requirements, contraindications, and scheduling availability. Payments are processed through the checkout methods shown in the app. Financing, when offered, is provided by the named financing provider and is subject to its separate approval and terms.
Memberships renew and are billed according to the plan terms shown before checkout. Review the price, minimum commitment, included benefits, renewal timing, cancellation terms, and any other plan conditions before enrolling. Contact Elegant Image Med Spa before purchase if any term is unclear.
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling
Refund, cancellation, expiration, and rescheduling rules depend on the service, package, membership, promotion, or gift card purchased. The applicable terms shown at purchase and the clinic’s current written policy control. Contact the clinic promptly with questions or requests.
Rewards and Elegant Image Cash
Rewards, referral bonuses, offers, and Elegant Image Cash have no cash value, may have eligibility requirements, minimum purchases, exclusions, and expiration dates, and may not be combined unless stated. Staff will confirm eligibility at redemption. Program rules and availability may change as permitted by law.
Text Messaging Terms
By checking the separate text-message consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Elegant Image Med Spa at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and delivery may vary. Opting out applies to future marketing texts from the applicable messaging program. You may still receive nonmarketing messages you request or that are otherwise permitted by law.
Email communications
If you choose email marketing, we may send offers and updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Account, purchase, and other transactional emails may still be sent when needed to provide services you request.
Intellectual property and app availability
The app’s content, branding, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Elegant Image Med Spa and may not be copied or exploited without permission. We may change, suspend, or discontinue app features and will try to provide reasonable notice when practical.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Elegant Image Med Spa is not responsible for failures caused by carriers, payment providers, internet service, third-party platforms, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
